Systems are never 100% reliable no matter how hard we all try to make them so. Even fully staffed IT departments cannot be experts in all the systems and sometimes need a helping hand.

At Tru Consulting all our technical consultants have a grounding in enterprise technical support and have expertise in their respective fields. Tru Consulting can provide onsite, email or telephone based technical support for a variety of Microsoft Technologies.

This will usually be in the form of a incident/time based support contract that can be used as needs require.
