Tru Consulting offers a systems health check service that covers specific technologies and overall IT operations. A typical heath check will involve information gathering using Microsoft tools and some in house written utilities, this will generally take a few days. The IT administrators will be interviewed and any recurring technical problems will be identified.

This data will then be analysed and a report will be delivered giving specific fixes to technical problems and suggestions for process improvements to allow for a better use of time to get the IT department further along the road to proactively managed systems freeing up time to spend on improving the systems and giving better support to the business.
